TRO man ang court order ug final and executory pa, so angay tumanon sa STC ang court order bahalag supak sa ilang kabubut-on.

The court order must be followed and in fact the TRO is a final and executory so the STC should have to attend the woman to her graduation rites. The court order for now at this moment shall prevail over the STC administration's ruling.

It's up to STC, brad. Now, they are not following the TRO from the court order. Maybe they have strong legal grounds for not following it. Hope this all ends well.

Pero ang order sa korte, FINAL AND EXECUTORY ang TRO ug ang pasabot ni-ini, dili na maka-apelar ang STC ug no choice kung gusto sila na walay contempt sa korte, sundon na lang nila ang court order for NOW!

I totally agree with you on this one bro. Pero question. Would a parent of an STC highschool student allow her daughter to smoke and drink? If you are the father of that teenager, would you allow your daughter to do all of those mentioned?

I would.. if she whilst kami pang duha mag dugkat sa weed... sure your going to ask.. its a cool father you are.. BUT.. for me lang ha (again, If and if ma amahan na ko) I don't like people questioning me how I raise my family and my kids.... ana lang... I let them try what its like to endulge in those vices... patilawon gud kausa.. tanawn if ganahan ba sila.... The more man gud maghinugtanay mo sa imong anak on what's the DO's and DOnt's in life.. the more imong anak or mga anak mangita jud nag way maka experience atong mga gi pang BAWAL nimo... and they will look for that on the wrong people na nuon... SO MIGHT AS WELL get it straight from you nalang. And let them experienced it how it's like. In the end, when your kid will have their family of their own napud.. I'm pretty sure they will thank you for that because they did not regret you condemning them on what is right and what is not right in this life..... LIFE's best teacher is EXPERIENCE... and learning EXPERIENCE is how you deal LIFE.. at it is.. its a vicious circle but its one of the best teacher jud....

You know I'm wondering nganu karun lang ni ni gawas na dapat unta mga middle of March pa unta nag in ani para daghan pa time ba.

March 1 pa gud nag send ug letter. Im sure taas2x time na nga mo reklamo ang parents.

I was from an exclusive school sa una. If masuko akong mama nganu gamay akong grado ma entertain man dayun sa maestra ug principal. I'm wondering if naka face to face sila ug sayu this would have been over with before ni abot ang Graduation. Medyu Uwaw na nuon sa both sides whether sa STC or sa Family sa girl.

If I were the admin of STC, for practical purposes to settle this issue once and for all, I'll follow the TRO which is EXECUTORY in nature no matter it contradict the rules of the school.
