If the girl who had also made lapses on posting her picture (allegedly indecent/lewd) even outside the school premises which on the regulations of the school still pertains are proven related to the violation, then she & her family must concede the decision of the school.

But not attending the woman to her graduation as a punishment is just ridiculous punishment. Tungod niana natruma na hinuon ang STC. Ngano man sad ang STC karon lang sila nilihok na manday hapit na Marso 30?

na suya' lang na' ang mga madre sa Two Piece....

If naka 2 pc sya unya not smoking ok ra ba nila? or if nag gunit sigarilyo unya 1 piece nga swim suit?

My point is.... how do they determine what is scandalous nga pic and what is not?

I don't have any idea what the handbook regulations of the school and what sanctions reflected to that violated rules. I am not authorize to represent in behalf of the school 'cause we really don't know unsa nang picture oi. If the school overreact, then let's respect what their due. If the family also overreact, then let's give due also. Only court officials can weigh in those things if those are probable & fair for the school to give that sanction.

And to answer that why STC karon pa nilihok? Hmmmm.,, maybe bag.o lang sila nakakita sa picture bisag January pa tong event sa picture na gikuha. Then they give quick action judgement noted immediately to the parents & the parents feel that judgement is not fair for their good mannered child.

To you, how do you know if the picture is scandalous if your from STC admin where the picture is infront of you while you stare without blink?

I'm thinking if that picture is taken during her birthday party, maybe her friends are wearing two piece too. If there are a lot of pictures taken during the event, is she only the one getting a picture having a two piece while her friends are not (but they are naked. ) ... joke.. I know it's not the only picture being shoot or either her friends not posting it. They are rich so they have all individual digital cameras to take a shot.
