    @ITZURISEN ...

    Her lawyer said the Facebook account was “private” and limited to friends so school officials obtained information that was “not for public consumption.”
    I dont know how the lawyer defines private when in fact he himself stated that the information found in the account was limited only to friends . Guess what ? Its not private anymore because the consumption of information if it was really private was that , its all for herself and to nobody else . Now if naay access ang friends niya then di na siya private .

    Unless gusto i define sa lawyer na PRIVATE ang account sa FB sa girl unya GI HACK sa school ang Fb niya . Yeah right !!

If she really knows the regulations of the school from the start as freshman and doing that silly post on facebook, I know that she is really aware na kay senior na gud siya. They are mere just implement (STC) their regulations. On the side of the parents, do they allow that kind of act for her girl at home under circumstances of good family manners at a very young age? We don't know what's on the picture but somewhat I'll give him a spank in the butt of ridiculously mistake she had done.

    Private as per definition of the lawyer is irrelevant. If it's really private, don't post it on Facebook. Make a copy of the photo of herself & print it then store the picture in their family album. So that only relatives & family can have privately seen that private photo of hers.

    In the first place, why act silly when you are graduating na from the school? Is she impatient to do that after graduation when she is not connected to STC or either she enrolls to STC in her college education.

    Read again the news, as per see, she is entitled to graduate from the school but off limits to the graduation rites.

    @ JOSEPH

    That is not the point lage na ga BIKINI siya .

    ANg punto diri if mo basa lang mo sa basis sa diskusyon diri which is ang mga news links , gi ban ang girl mo graduate or paso because of the LEWD / ILLICIT PICS and dili tungod kay ga bikini siya or swim suit .

    Karon wala man picture to prove unsay gikagubtan ... puro ra gyud ta speculations ani but kung tukion lang gyud nimo ug sakto . Do you think ga mugna mugna lang ang madre ani ? Naa pod na sila probable cause why such action / decision was delivered .

    Sir SPRINGFIELD_XD_40 I think it's time that we stop feeding the troll. Coz this argument leads nowhere.

Mao nay resulta sa pagka-overconscious sa school for the sake of morality according to their perspectives.

And secondly, ang estudyante kay nag-eskwela sa usa ka Catholic school which is given that strict to rules and its students must abide in order to preserve the values that they want to instill to its students. But, not allowing to march for graduation is too much as a punishment because it will give a long-lasting effect to the student.
