Team Building on Call Center

i dont really believe that team building sa call center setup helps improve performance of the team, well, relationship sa mga team members pwede pa. but in the end kasi, you as an agent is responsible for your own metrics, even pa bad or good ang relationship nimo sa imong team mate.

no it's necessary nga layu nga lugar ug overnight. if you don't want to go you are free to do so man pud. wala man pud nay pugsanay bro.

yup., nakuha nako imo point, but kelangan ba nga i-adto na ug layu nga lugar ug i overnyt pa na? i mean, there are so many ways to do dat,..
and my sister shares to me nga sa iya work sauna, dili daw ka pede mangutana sa katapad or mochat sa kauban.. but they still have wat u call teambuilding.. so unsa may effect ana?

yup.. but usually man gud, mogasto ang company,.. para sa inyu man gud na tanan and sayang if d ka moad2.. but if in-ana ang set-up or plan or design sa inyu teambuilding man gud, is it really worth it dba?

team outing naman gud ang purpose sa team building ron.. :P

ive worked before sa office ng marks and spencer in makati after i graduated college:

ingani ang team building, whole day ni cya, murag office hours, then sa victoria court ra man to location

from 8a-12p - murag nag-work kay naa role playing, scenarios, then lecture ang sup on how to handle stress, updates sa expansion, branches, career paths, what do you think of each other drama speech, hehe..

then after lunch onward, naa na mga parlor games, videoke. naa man pud sila gi-serve na san mig lite, dili man pud tanan muinom. uli na mi after 7pm, then office na pud ugma.

sa callcenter, kadtong naka-work ko sa stream:

niadto mi sa lacion, kanang naa fishing. after duty pa gyud. that was the first and last time na niuban ko. duty man gud before team building, then out ng 9am, byahe pa, abot didto around 11am na tingale, then kwentuhan, fishing, kaon, yung uban, inom gamay, 7pm na mi nanguli. duty pa gyud ko around 10pm. ni-absent ko woi, di na kaya.

to add to the stress, since wala man among team nidaog sa among gi-apas para naa extra cash, amin ;ahat gasto. murag i spent around P5h on that day.

since then, wala na gyud ko niuban anang team building.

team building, team outing, planning session, whatever you call it............... kung buot huna-hunaon laag2x ra jud na! bitaw, seriously, ingon man gud kuno nga para pang bonding2x og pang refresh sa mga tao to go to places other than the office... the farther i guess the better para kuno "fresh" outlook and thinking while there... being in a new or different (not the usual place) stimulates creativity and team bonding man kuno...

ambot, para nako,usik2x lang sa kwarta na, maypa ihatag nalang na as bonuses sa mga empleyado...

pero ang usa pa ka side sa tinuod is mostly team building labi na sa mga call center kay more on laag2x ra jud na, inum, kaon, etc... kung naa man lang formal team building program, gamay ra nga part, for the most part, lingaw2x og laag2x na... ingna ko bakakon!

hahah.. kalimot naman gud ko. basta naa "court" ang name ato nga place. daghan celebrate didto debut, mga wedding reception, somewhere sa makati avenue yun, near sss makati

Depende na sa nag organize or leader sa event maybe inyo nakita or nasuwayan nga TB is inom or laag ra but sa ako experience
dili lang kay kana lang ang event, ang nag organize sa amoa which is ang team supervisor naa na daan siya plans unsa buhaton like open forum within sa team, discuss unsay kalipay, kasakit or problema sa usag usa kay naa man gyud na mahitabo nga conflict within sa team and most of the time masolbad na sa TB. Kanang uban nag ingon wala ka get over sa college life, well good for you kay naa mo kwarta ika gasta og suroy or unsa pana gusto ninyo buhaton pag college. Ang amoa TB is sponsored sa company, naa na gi budget daan and in case ma short siya so kami na lang mo tapal but gamay na lang. Ambot if naa pa ba karon dili ganahan mo suroy og laing lugar, pasalamat ko sa ako gitrabahoan kay naghatag og nagsuporta og ingon ani nga event outside sa work.
