bitaw.. i think man gud, the purpose of having a team building kay para ma improve ang teamwork and teamplay within the team... so, kung mao na ang activities, unsa may ikatabang ana sa teamwork sa team?

ganahan ko before sa akong TL kay ang team building na nahibaw-an, sa mga eat all you can ra. then okey ra man pud among performance as a team. kay dili ganahan akong tl na sa layo, kay basin madisgrasya daw mi at kapoy.

btaw bro, mao na ang ako question "as a team ba sila kung mag answer sa tawag?" kay iv work in a different field nga mas required jud ang teamwork.. and for me, teambuilding iya main objective is to improve teamwork and teamplay..

Wala ma defeat ang purpose bro kay this activity helps people within the team build rapport with each other, if you have a good relationship with your teammates you have better teamwork. They are needed specially if you have newbies on the team.

You are correct usa ra ka tao ang mo answer sa call but sometimes it takes a whole team to resolve that call. You ask help from your L2, your TL and your teammates that are seating next to you.

yup., nakuha nako imo point, but kelangan ba nga i-adto na ug layu nga lugar ug i overnyt pa na? i mean, there are so many ways to do dat,..
and my sister shares to me nga sa iya work sauna, dili daw ka pede mangutana sa katapad or mochat sa kauban.. but they still have wat u call teambuilding.. so unsa may effect ana?

Bitaw.. this sound sarcastic and pointless, but I think kasagaran sa mga tawo naa sa CCs are looking at team building as a guise to get drunk, party all night, and as bonus the one mentioned sa poster nga akong gi quote sa taas.

guys come on, have you ever read books on team building?
Yeah it promotes camarederie, bonding, teamwork, and everything good, but does it have to involve alcohol, smoking, overnight partying, other vices, and traveling to very far places??

Well, as what they always say, the road to perdition is paved with good intentions. The intention of the words "team building" is in all respect good, ang problema man gud ang pag execute na. Sagulan naman ug bisyo.
