Dapat before buying an item make a quick search about it and try to search the item's current price.. thats the buyers responsibility not the mods.. MODS are just members who volunteer to make this site descent.

sakto, dili na dapat pwede e uli, but pwede ra exchange for another item of equal or lower value. kung higher kay add cash, so as long as it's still in the condition as it was. (one time chance only)
ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUND. this condition will avoid buyer abuse.

in some cases yes. in some cases no.

YES, IT'S BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
for example, if I stated nga ga sell ko ug DDR3 memory, and the buyer returns it kay DDR2 diay iya board. it's not my fault kay I stated that my memory is DDR3.

NO, IT'S SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
there was one time nga naay housewife gusto mo palit sa ako HP LaserJet 3500. i warned her nga the printer is not economical for home use. it's a high volume printer, pang negosyo jud, and mahal ang capital investment sa toner. and she changed her mind after that. -my responsibility.

Maybe people just don't understand that what they bought for 10k last year is not gonna sell for 9k (kay beloved) today.

let me add that it also DOESN'T MATTER if they bought it for 10k last year. what matters is how much it is today. and that's where they should base their price. NOT ON HOW MUCH THEY BOUGHT IT FOR AT THAT TIME. NOW IS THE TIME. a Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333mHz bought last year for 1.5k simply will not sell for 1.4k today, for those who know the current price.


@TS with regards to the pricing problem, I think kita2x nalang tabang ana it's asking too much work from the mods. unless maybe there was a "dislike button" where if there was too much dislike votes, the thread gets deleted(democracy), haha.

Sakto ka bai Andersonl... I had sold several items here and all my clients are satisfied. I asked them their reasons for buying and gave them options if I deemed it necessary for them to know. That way dili sila magmahay... And I also bought several items na pud dri sa istorya... So far wala pasad ko na atik ug seller... Thanks diay sa imong Cougar PSU bai andersonl.. still very alive and kicking!!! One of the trusted sellers and fair buyer here in istorya!

And yeah, bahalag naa koy kontra dri sa istorya.... I'll just try to post link sa latest brandnew price if naa koy makit-an nga nag overprice or if nag post ug sayop nga info... tabang nalang sad ni sa atong mga kauban dri... hehehehe!

I understand the TS' intention as well as Istorya's stand about shouldering the liability on a legal POV. As a compromise though, may we suggest that Istorya encourage (if 'encourage' would be too strong a word, 'hint' would be acceptable) others to do the same as the TS and not address the action (thread crapping if you may call it) as an infraction.

simple lang na bai ibutang tanan details sa items nimu dn ask sa buyer f compatible bana ang items na iyang paliton nimu or dili naa rana kang ts kung honest siya....about sa presyo naa rasad na kang ts kung honest sad siya sa price...just simple hehehehe

TS: ana jud na ang pamaligya..naay taas naa say barato.. depende ra na nimo if mopalit ka. but what i would suggest nga kadtong mga buyers naa tay feedback about sa seller. naa na tay Point system ba. sa karon, you have a choice to buy the item or not..research jud.
