No need. Just prepare the Vaccination Card, present it to Bureau of Quarantine Office, and you're good.

hi guys, need help. paclarify lang nako. i just bought a puppy, 2 months old pa. then im travelling this end of april. by the time i'm travelling wala pa naka 3rd shot sa 5-in-1 booster akong puppy, ingon man ang vet kay diha pa tagaan ug anti-rabies ako puppy after the 3rd shot sa 5-in-1 niya. Unsaon mana nako? Ingon sa vet pwede nako siya ipa anti-rabies karon, pero dapat usban siya ug anti-rabies inig 4 months niya...bakunahan lang siya'g sayo for the sake lang nga makatravel siya. and is it true nga dapat 1 month before mutravel dapat napa quarantine na ang dog?

do i also need papers for my dog to travel? gipalit mani nako siya suroy lang, so wala'y papeles. ang giingon sa nagbaligya nako kay half-rottweiler akong dog. i'm traveling via cebu pacific. and i did read that article about the dog that died while gibyahe siya via cargo sa cebu pacific. maong nahadlok na nuon ko'g pabyahe niya.

asa pod diay ang bureau of quarantine office sa metro manila? naa rana sa airport? pls help. i wanna bring my dog with me when i go home. di ko ganahan ibilin siya diri.

Strictly speaking, you can't transport a puppy without anti-rabies vaccine. So that means it has to complete the 3rd 5-in-1 booster which usually happens on its 3rd month. However, there are a lot of dog traders in Manila that fake the anti-rabies vaccine just to transport the puppy. But you have to take the risk.

PCCI pedigree/papers is not required in transporting a dog, only the Vaccination Card to be presented at the Bureau of Quarantine located at the airport vicinity.

For domestic shipments, only the vaccination card is needed. present it to BoQ, give "donation" and they will give you the permit. That's all.
