    1. are u sure that victims are treated fairly in our Philippine laws? have u revisited the JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM? dira man gud nagsugod ang unfairness sa mga victims and I do hope u already read that law made by kiko pangilinan..

    2. life is really unfair and I have to agree on that.. pero ani pud ako masulti ana "kapag may katwiran, ipaglaban mo"

^ Then petition for the Juvenile Justice law to be changed for chrissakes! People who support vigilante justice are short-sighted fools who don't understand that the best way to fix the justice system is to do the hard work of fixing it, not replace it with a crazy vigilante system as a short cut that will once again make us the laughing stock of the world...

That's how a democracy works. Maybe people aren't happy that kids are able to commit crimes to get away with it, but that doesn't mean they will support killing minors for criminal acts.

if you just go out and talk to ordinary people on every street corners maybe u can be the judge for that..

besides if I can remember, KIKO PANGILINAN used to run for VICE PRESIDENCY and did he win?

There has been a move to amend the Juvenile Justice Law. Check these:

Juvenile Justice Law will be amended by year

PNP backs amendment of juvenile law - The Philippine Star » News » Headlines

Should Juvenile Justice law be changed? | Inquirer News

But then again, this ain't the solution. WE MUST LOOK INTO THE ROOT CAUSES OF WHY CHILDREN COMMIT THE CRIMES. By this, we will be able to understand why they committed such wrongdoing. Are they came from a broken home? Has suffered a deprived childhood? poverty? lacks a good education? etc.. etc..

    1. those links that u posted are just news and yet until now it is not yet being implemented nor has any changes done by our government.. If u just noticed until now KIKO PANGILINAN didn't done well in amending his own law.. u know na the PROCESS which takes a long time in our own system.. which our fellow pinoys couldn't wait no longer that's why majority of them most especially the victims of the crimes will just resort or support na lang this vigilantes.

    2. the root cause of these crimes committed by teenagers is obviously POVERTY but I bet that u are also aware that ignorance of the law excuses no one man jud, di ba? and it happens that this law of kiko pangilinan has become an escape for many youngsters below 18 years old to be exempted with the law regardless if nakabuhat sila ug krimen to which even our law enforcers find it hard to deal with kay dili man daw sila ma priso ug makasohan kay minors man daw..

u can't bame the majority of the people to wave their support for this vigilantes because they can't take up the cruelty of the youngsters anymore and use our present juvenile justice system as an escape for their criminal acts..

it's really not good to support killing minors for criminal acts, but unless the juvenile justice system will be amended, society will secretly or sometimes openly support this vigilantes because obviously the law created by kiko pangilinan is almost taking sides with the offenders..

Who in society is supporting the killing of minors? I think there's some exaggeration on both the number of serious crimes committed by minors and also the number of people who would support the killing of minors.

We've all done stupid shit when we were young.

    Mangutana lang ko ninyo ...

Why is it that ang VIGILANTE , VIGILANTE SYSTEM ang naa sa HOT SEAT/SPOTLIGHT ?

How did you guys know mga VIGILANTES ang ni tira ? Have you guys considered na dako ang puruhan na VIGILANTE STYLE ra diay to ? Mag motor , taptap and most victims kay ug di kriminal kay ex convict ?

This is not about the PRO and ANTI but regardless if vigilante or not , what has been done ? Naay nanga priso ba ?

We've all done stupid shit when we were young.
Like how stupid was your shit ? Crazy shit ? Youve shot people ? Rape girls ? Held up people ang kill them ? If not then its not crazy at all , not even deserving to be called misdemeanor .

I dont know about you but I can show you gun shot and stab wounds . That is beside the point though because minors got nothing to do with , indeed some real and crazy shit .
