dodong why don't you tell your clueless BOLAY-OG congressman that there is a way ... to correct the wrong done my City ... only if he humbles himself and talks to the other elected minds of the district to solve this problem ...

dodong ironmack ... the fact alone that there are these 14 exemptions means that the requirement is not a hard and fast rule that BOLAY-OG wants us to believe ... if indeed BOLAY-OG wants to help ... then he can use this argument to correct the 20 year wrong done to Mandaue ... because there are congressional districts that don't make the requirement ... like the 3rd district of Manila ...

so nabanhaw naka ... pag research pag usab dong kay ang imo nasa'ng mga punto are shot full of holes ... we need only one precedent to make Consolacion/Cordova a congressional district ... so they wont be orphans when we make a 20 year correction and make my Mandaue a Lone Congressional District ...

unsa man diay nang 3rd district Manila ... ok ra ... ?! ... if the requirement is at least 1 district to a metro Manila City then a 3rd district means there is a 1st and 2nd ... ergo the 3rd should be superfluous as it doesn't meet the population requirement ...
