dodong why don't you tell your clueless BOLAY-OG congressman that there is a way ... to correct the wrong done my City ... only if he humbles himself and talks to the other elected minds of the district to solve this problem ...

dodong ironmack ... the fact alone that there are these 14 exemptions means that the requirement is not a hard and fast rule that BOLAY-OG wants us to believe ... if indeed BOLAY-OG wants to help ... then he can use this argument to correct the 20 year wrong done to Mandaue ... because there are congressional districts that don't make the requirement ... like the 3rd district of Manila ...

so nabanhaw naka ... pag research pag usab dong kay ang imo nasa'ng mga punto are shot full of holes ... we need only one precedent to make Consolacion/Cordova a congressional district ... so they wont be orphans when we make a 20 year correction and make my Mandaue a Lone Congressional District ...

your point is pointless in relation to your thread title. your begging question is "why luigi won't help?" but yet you made a ridiculous thread title like that. I think your brain and madmom's brain is so f*cked up that you could not distinguish a right from wrong.

if there is a wrong done in your mandaue, for sure your thread title is so wrong too.

it's been 20 years you said and yet until now not acted upon. if you are not part of the problem, then you should be part of the solution and yet until now there's no solution...hence, you are really the one to be called "BOLAY-OG".

I'd like to tell you reclamador and madmom, everything you say here, I already knew it long before. you say it or not I already knew it. I knew that your mandaue has been qualified long ago for lone seat, among other things. Don't call me dense because I really understood everything you say here. Maybe you both are densed rather, because you don't see your own mistakes. Correct your own mistakes first before correcting others.

One word I can say to you... "GREED" and both of you have that attribute. Even if mandaue is already doing good, you still want MORE and MORE without care for others.

There are a lot of other things worth your concern than a lone congressional seat of your mandaue. You want to get involve with political things as if you don't know the nature of it.
