    oh sorry for not explaining well.. I was referring to the story of the TS and the quoted post of jonovanz and this not apply to all. Here's my understanding that though there is lapses on the clerk side but the biggest fault is on the customer for not checking well the item bought if it fits to their requirements (no offense to TS mother nagka met na raba mi ana). Secondly, the statement above was meant on the post quoted na "ipatang-tang na" after i posted the contact info's of the main office. So that's it pasencya kung medyo hanap pagka storya sa first..

    Next time whoever of you experienced the same (hope not), keep the medicine, get the names of the people you spoke to and time of transactions/complaint, etc..then write a complaint letter to Rose Pharmacy and copy furnish DTI Consumer Welfare division. It will take some efforts but if you are to expect proper actions, this is the way forward.

    How about for those who were incapable to read and understand the dosage, etc...of the medicine they bought?

    it's always advisable to have Check-up labi na infant kay they have different meds and dosages. Di sad maayo diretso lang ug buy Over-the-counter drugs kay wa pa ma-identify unsa cause sa ubo. Samot na nga ipatumar na jud kay basi dili sad mao ang tambal and dosage atu ihatag.

    If naa right diagnosis from the doctor and right meds given then this could have been avoided. =)

    I sympathize with you TS, emo tato gksab-an ang attendant para makapahungaw ka....

    1 mishap to the attendant, could means a lot the customer they had or grave...
    So better kita nlang jud ang mangunay palit and read cautiously before leaving the pharmacy...

    no offense TS ha, the way I see it naa gyud pd lapses imong mom in the first place, angay unta ad2 nag inquire mo daan sa inyong mga friends/relatives kung unsa ang maayong paliton nga tambal usa mo nipalit, ky kining mga pharmacy uban nga tindahan, halin rana ang ila priority kasagaran (not All pd) naa pay uban nga way pharmacist nga present puro ra mga tindera nga wa pd kalibutan, mao nga kita sad unta sa ato part dili ta magsalig or mag kompyansa..

    Mao na ako dili gyud ko mo blame sa mga tindera or tindahan kung masayop ko ug palit ky naa man jud nato ang sayop nag una, naa pa gyud tay freedom para maka pili kung unsa ato gusto paliton..

    Bantay lang gyud sunod..

    PS. naa gani uban nga expired na baligya.. mao sad ni bantayan usa mo mopalit tan-awa ninyo ang expiration date, kung naa mo mabantayan, report mo dayon sa manager or DTI..

    nangutana man ako mum sir, ingon ako mum 2months infant. so ni suggest ang tindera nga maau ni nga tambal.. kay mo salig mansad tah sah gi suggest nah tambal so mo tuo gyud tah.

    kana mga tindera ug med dapat nah sila mo explain tarong or ask tarong kay they are selling meds pud.
