    I think this is not an isolated case (though i'm not being particular to the establishment in this topic)
    judging by the manner how attendants handle or the manner of procedure how they deal with customers
    nga dili kay matawag panagsa ra ni nga hitabo or pina ka sure nga kadaghanan dili nalang mu reklamo kay lagi gubot
    or hasol na daw nga sila ra sab ang rason why dili gyud ma correctionan ni ilahang serbisyo nga bulok
    Let's all bear this in mind nga tambal baya na and could be a matter of life and death nya ingon ana nalang dili mureklamo
    or you wont stand your grounds sa imong katungod as customer samot na kung emergency?
    Katong naka experience ug ingon ani nga wala mu reklamo ni contribute ra mo sa pag worsen sa ingon ani nga klasi nga serbisyo
    and dili kay wala namo mag hasol2x or dili mo reklamador

    hahay. naa pud ko experience dha sauna, maayo gne to kay gi uli nko ang product den dli man cla muhatag balik sa cash as refund, mga tambal nlng ang replacement. mga tangaon mana uban pharmacist dha. dli na jud gne ko pirmi mupalit dha bro, adto sa atbang sa Fooda naa man The Generika na pharmacy dha.

    mao lagi. dako na bya unta nah company nya because of incompetent employees madaut ang name. i think its college level ang requirement sah rose.. compared to mercury nga college grad.

    1. ang tambal nga naablihan na sa customer sa ilang balay, dili na man na pwede iuli sa pharmacy nga gipalitan. dili ko sure if ang No Return No Exchange applies to drugs and medicines.

    2. as buyers and consumers, kinahanglan pud ta magbantay ug mag scrutinize sa merchandise nga atong napalit.

    3. istorya dot net being a public forum and here sa general discussion thread, can also be considered a tool in helping release some pressure off our chest.

    4. dalhon ang complaint sa concerned agencies which has responsibility and jurisdiction to impose a decision and render judgment in conflict resolution, like dti, doh, or maybe bfad.

    you really cannot give an offense to your employee as long as they sided on your company. trust me.. this complaints will just be filed to the cabinet for the promotion of the employee..

    mao sad ni problema sa uban customer, dili man lang sad mangutana kung unsa na nga item, palit lang kay palit...

    does being an incompetent and inefficient employee is what you meant about showing side to that certain company they are employed to?

    And bdway this is not a matter of which or who's side you or me, or they are on. It's a matter of good or bad service!!!!
