sa akong nahibal an bro..duha rana cla nga certified pharmacist diha...ang manager and then ang usa pharmacist on duty..ang uban ana kay mga tawo-tawo ra mao nang di jud ka kasalig..

mao diay , ,, diba dapat mga certified man jud nga pharmacist ang kuhaon unta nila??

pwede ra diay na?? kumbaga tindera lang??

kinsa man nga attendant bro? hehe..naa man gud kaila diha nga branch..actually pareha sad ta ug situation, palit sad ko ug loviscol.. sa ako case kay wala pa noon ni na ablihan kay nabantayan man sa akong asawa..iuli pa ni nako sa 360 pharmacy lapu lapu unya ig out nako..pang 1 year ilang nahatag nako unya niana ko 7 months pa akong baby..ako ra ning pailisdan ug sakto

i kept my calm during the situation but i never got the name sah manager kay sge ko explain. anyways. wah ko ng daut sah ROse pharmacy, i just want to fix there problem kay this is not the 1st nga nasaypan ko dra nga branch gud.

mao nah ako pasabot sir. dili nah ma-uli kay na open nha. pero sah inato nga pag solbad ang attendant dapat mo salbar sah kantedad. ug dili pa dapat himo-on ug bakakon ang ako inahan. unsah nlng katoh walay ikapalit ug laen nga tambal kay igo raguyd ang kwarta, suffer nlang? d nah mahimo. and this was not the 1st time nko. it should be address nagyud nila sah management.. now if only mka pm ka nko sah customer service email add here ill be happy master cross hehehe

mao lagi sir. akong mum was tired naman sad gud atoh. but its no excuse ghapon. kanang mga ultimo nga tao pag mo palit ug tambal, unsay ihatag sah attendant dra motou gyud nah sila kay nka puti gud kagalang galang kaayo tan-awon.

B. If you want to REALLY pursue it, take a legal course of action--that is, if nagsalig ka sa bala-od sa Pilipinas.

C. Trial-by-publicity (whether you like it or not, that's what's happening in this thread) will always have those who will take one side and those who will take the other side, without really getting to the ROOT of the problem and solving the issue. Mao nga it's best to pursue formal legal complaint/case--why do we have a legal system if we refrain from using it? While I'm not a big fan of our local judicial/legal system, I am a fan of TOOLS, and to fix a problem, you need TOOLS.

Fix the problem--less of the talk, more of the work.

Im a bsn grad but i did not take the bard because i dont want the responsibility and the fact that half sa lawas sa nurse naa na sa prisohaan.

But from what hat pharnmacy done. Duha ka balaud ilang na violate, medico-legal and consumer rights. U have the rght na mureklamo ka. Pero u have to make sure na naa kay prueba or naa kay strong standing and ur prepared to answer the interrogation. Kay rose is a big company and mejo maayo ilang lawyer.
If dili n ka mu file ug case its okay. Lesson learned gihapon. Charged to experience gihapon.

Anyway. Let me show u a link that has something to do with a pharmacy mishap.

B. no, i just want them to correct the damage sah akong salig nila, since theyre a reputable company they just need fixin lang sad. besides ana wala ko resource hehehe but not planning legal means.
C. i didnt made the title anything bad for the company sir. i simply put it a mishap, ill try to make check and balance here sah akong gihimo nga thread. im just making sides sah mga tao nga mga nasaypan d lng kay sah rose pharmacy but for the other drug stores as well. sadly lang sah rose pagyud ko nasaypan so i deserve to tell others what name sah pharmacy.

but yes guys. lets keep this thread healthy. this is for the awareness lang when buying meds.

thanks sis. but im not pursuing legal actions. gamay rah kaau ni nga butang kay ako man na-abtan sad. ako lang gi-ulbo ang kalagot nko ani. and im perfectly asking forumers here to be descent sah ilang comments. i just want them to be aware sa sayop since d ni mao ang 1st nko nasaypan... probably just to let them fix the problem lng gyud and let others here know my problem..

its not just the rose pharmacy mn sad ang naay mga sayop man ngali even man sad ang uban. more awareness lng ko. and last time i read the rules sah forum wala man koy sayop hehehe.
