Here is what I think. The best cars are brand new cars. However, the best value cars are used cars between 1-3 years old that are good as new. Furthermore, Kung mangutang ka ug awto, much lower ang interest for a brand new car. Ang second hand, taas kau ug interest. Here's is what I have been doing and so far it has been ok with me. If I have enough cash to buy a very good, late model used car, then I buy second hand. If gamay ra jud akong cash, I use it to pay the down payment for a brand new car. That way, I always get quality cars in great condition. Just my 2 cents worth.
