New house ideas would depend on your architect. better find a good architect..

To buy cheaper materials, dapat mag canvass jud. Try, Cebubionic, Atlantic, Central Lumber, etc..

how about magpaextend sa townhouse 2.8x4m up and down then sa taas kay additional c.r.
Ang upper c.r kay sa taas ra sa excisting na c.r sa ubos. naa mn gud sa gawas ang cr and kitchen mao i extend nlng pra masulod.
180k giask sa usa ka contractor. murag mahal rmn dba?

@ken123: mao pud na akong concern bai kanang magpa-extend..wala paman gyud pud na turn-over among unit, maybe mid this year pa..no idea jud ko kng unsaon pagstart..dba mao mn jud na set-up sa townhouse, naa sa gawas ang CR..unsa nang 180k dha bro, labor and materials nana?

kinsay nakasuway dha ug design using a home design software, u think mo work na kung mao jud sundan sa actual?
