The Pamuhat Ritual
Pamuhat is the term used for ceremonies propitiating the spirits through prayers and sacrifices of food and drink.

- The ritual was held to seek blessings from the spirits for the success of the Kaamulan Festival.
- The Pamuhat was preceded by: Datu Siudon, Bae Mangunguyab, Datu Mananalsal, Bae Adelina Tarino, Datu Mambunayan and Datu Masilsil.
- Held along the Fortich Street highway, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon

- The slaughtering of the animal sacrifice, the blood was poured accross the Fortich Street highway, asking the spirits permission as it marks the starting point of the street dancing/parade.
