if i look for a cheaper house, i can purchase one now but these are usually located far away from the city and based on my friends' and relatives' experiences, it will be cheap initially but will entail a lot of costs in less than a year because of cheap materials - roof will start to leak, vinyl tiles will peel off, toilet and other pipes start to drip. if that is the case, i think i am more inclined to continue renting my place now kay ma-stress ra tingali ko ana.
i am trying to look for a bit more classy one.. not class A as in Maria Luisa, North Town, Beverly Hills level.. basin half ra sa parking lot ma-afford nako ana hehe. maybe class B like the usual neighboring subdivisions you see in the newspapers.
