Naa mo nahibaw.an website nga update for the value of the Philippine T-Bills. I have these websites pero dili jud "mao" nga ako gusto.

So the recent RTB nga girelease kay 5k per unit man ang minimum diba? Wala pud siya maximun quantity of RTB na imo ma purchase as long as naa gihapon RTB available.

Plan pud biya ko nga RTB ibuy PERO taasan ra ko sa period. Im thinking a tenor of 1-2 years ra gud kay naa ko gamiton sa money by that time.

Hmmm.. if short term ra imo plano bro, pag UITF nalang, either bond fund, or Balanced fund.
Ang RTB man gud, tag-as gyud usually ug duration sa maturity niya. And ang plano sa government is semi-annual ra ang pag-issue nila ug RTB, for this semi humana man adto rang pagka February 21~29. Ang sunod is next semi na pud. Daghan kaayo permahan ang RTB bro hehe, may paka hasol pud gamay.

Maximum Quantity? hmmm.. billion billion man ng ilang issue bro, so murag diha pud kutob ang max tingale. Depende sa ma approve sa Bank nimo.

Ang T-Bills bro kay mugbo raman iya tenor period: 91-days, 182-days, 364-days. Sayang lang lagi kay ang T-bills karon mugbo kaayo interest. Kato pag 2008 oh kay tag.as kaayo interest, 5.69% p.a, 6.48% p.a, 6.79% p.a, respectively for July 2008.

Daghan diay paper works ang RTB? hmm...maka discourage gamay dah.

Naa na ko UITF bro sa PruLife pero long-term tirada siya. Makig meet bitaw ko sa ako agent again para mangita ko options sa PruLife lang if ever ang Government Securities kay walay option para nako.

Yup, sa una tag-as ug rates bro, I think it has some relation with inflation. Usually tag-as man gyud ang bonds, then ang bills maoy mugbo. I think almost same raman tingale if T-bills or T-bonds ka, ngano need man ka ug mugbo ug maturity? Is this for liquidity?

Instead of T-bills you can invest in SDA....try lang inquire sa bank sa ilang minimum. BPI I think is 100T....dunno sa uban
