Duterte is simply putting teeth we're there should be. And problema lang ani is if ma corrupt pud ni ang system of extrajudicial killing--meaning they'll use this for other reasons besides combating crime. As situation calls for it, I agree with Duterte's methods, but if we can find other ways to give the laws the teeth it needs, then it must be pursued (like capital punishment).
