genetics is one factor. but still, each and every person have it. i've met a lot of people sa mga gyms nga dagko ug tiyan and they say nga dugay gyud kaayo i-develop ang abdominal area. sit-ups and crunches is not enough, proper sit-ups and crunches gyud ang kinahanglan, and it really hurts.

This is a technique invented 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. its focus is on strengthening the "powerhouse" (abs and buttocks) to execute the exercises which are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture. The method involves concentration and the coordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance mind and body. it improves flexibility and strength for the overall body, without making you look "bulky".

para nako pilates is not the best training for those who want to have a really serious muscle. kana bitawng pareha anang mga professional body builder (which i find very unattractive by the way). but pilates is really good for toning your muscles.

    I agree with Khitty!

Pilates are effective jud! Mura ra jud na siya stretching stretching gud. Discipline is a must.. when you decide to do these, you have to be consistent, for the rest of your life. hehehe... exags!

men with six-packs, yeah they look hot! para try to tone your brain first before doing some toning on your body... turn-off kaayo ang guys na solid ug lawas then air-brained diay to... hehehe
