I agree with this 100% I myself am a victim of an undeserved infraction tungod sad ghapon naigo ang ego sa usa ka mod pero that's past na & off topic.
But still it's more or less what the TS is trying to say.

if you are bitter about getting an infraction, then perhaps it is best that you re-asses if what you did was the right thing before crying foul. if your ego cannot handle an infraction, then perhaps, the problem is your ego and not the infraction.

a lot of thread crappers assume "public good" behind their motive for crapping people's threads. this is a common occurrence and this is precisely why the rules are here at the first place. if one is allowed to post derogatory/flame remarks on one thread, can you imagine how chaotic the entire forums would be? i guess not.

this is a forum that allows you to interact with people, which in your case, was the seller on the threads that they started. this is suppose to reduce the instances of scams and bogus deals. but irresponsible posting/ thread crapping is the exercise of this freedom to the extreme.

1. is it your place to reprimand a member for selling items without full disclosure of the "facts"? NO.
2. does this give you licence to crap threads? NO.
3. what should have been done?
   
   • a.) report the thread so that the mods/admins can make the necessary action on the thread starter, as per rules.
   • b.) relay your concerns/queries to on the thread in a respectful, non-accusatory manner.
4. did you do any of this? NO.
   
   

again, if you feel that there is something wrong with the information posted on the BSTC, a perceived scam, or a general rule breaking, use the report feature, or PM the mods or the admins. how hard can that be?

stupidity is when one fails to follow the rules and complains against sanctions for violating it. if you cannot handle it, no one is forcing you to stay. feel free to PM the admins, Beor, Galadriel and vern if this is still something that you cannot swallow.
