i found this site from crucial memory advisor tool,, where you can scan your mobo and detect what memory is compatible to your system.
Site:RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com

as i scan it with this tool,, it says that compatible memory are DDR3 1333 and DDR3 1600. ......Is this true?

Dili na tinuod bro. The lappie's chipset is HM65 which does not support XMP, similar to desktop's H61 and H67. It only supports JEDEC which for those chipsets are only up to 1333.

Maybe it says its "COMPATIBLE" because it will downclock but it doesnt specify that it will run at that speed.

I use to work for Crucial. It is very possible your system can be compatible with both speeds, however, it will only give you the clocking speed that your system will recognize. No harm to put in the faster speed ram, but you can save your money if you know for sure the mfg specs of the specific ram speed our system takes.
