I kept all of the love letters I received and those I sent but were returned. Makalingaw basahon. Even my kids have a good time laughing at my romantic silliness of those bygone days.

Keeping them doesn't mean nga wa pa ko ka move on. Snippets man gud nang mga love letters nato sa atong past ug sa atong kabatan-on. It's really amusing reading them now in a different light as compared to the time they were written.

yeah, i think love letters should be preserved and be made part of our own little museums, for they tell the paths where we have been.

as for me, i am keeping all these letters, i am even keeping old burger wrappers. they are like address tags in software, they trigger an inrush of memories by their very presence.
