I am not distroying the name of the mall but I am just against on the way they deal with there employees.

for the entire day cebu experienced so many aftershocks, some commercial establishment had to close there stores early, so there employees can check on there families and other belongings. even though we are not located at the epicenter of the earthquake. sad to say one mall didn't close up early cause they need to ask permission to there head office which is located at manila. so they had to close around 730pm since the main office approves there request to close early. ang ako lang what if (simbako) ang mall kay masunog or linogon ug maau ang cebu di pa sila pwdi pa uli on kay tungod mangayo pa sila ug permiso sa manila para manirado. wa di ay ka tungod ang management sa mall dinhi sa cebu nga mag decide nga mo close ug sayo kay tungod sa disaster. para nako nay sayop sa ilang chain of command, nganong maghuwat pa man sa manila nga mo approve nga ang disaster naa man dinhi sa cebu. di lang ni nahitabo kaisa kadaghan ni nga mag huwat pa sa approval sa manila para maka uli or manirado ug sayo ang ilang mall.

ing ana di ay na ilang pama agi?

mao lagi sad na nakadaot if ingon ana ang management sa mall nagwait sa manila branch nila..dapat makadecide sila on their own.
