thank you for asking.
first, i strongly suggest that you buy a computer package.
theres a package at GI thats worth php17,995 (+ 495php for freight) all in.
just upgrade the PSU with silverstone essentials 80+ 500w (priced at less thank 3k).
or any other trusted PSUs out there..

after that, your budget would run to roughly 20k.
since your into gaming, buy a decent GPU like GT430, GT440 or something in the range of 3,000php.
theres a lot of better options for the GPU actually, but since your in a budget, that reference model is enough.
considering also that your monitor has an average resolution only.

next up, HDDs are at a high price recently and will remain that way until march 2012.
best option now is stick with the bundled HDD which is 500Gb only, and when the prices drop, thats the time you upgrade.

maximize your budget to 25,000php to include a decent 5.1 speakers.
