seriously, ako jud siguro pinakareklamador sa tanan. even in fast food chains daghan kaayo ko ikareklamo. not just the service but the quality of the food etc. it doesnt happen all the time though but i can easily notice the nega things around me. Ace Hardware - SM City

My hubby bought a gas tank regulator last week. Before he paid the item, the assigned salesman approached him. Usually, when we buy items from these stores, naka-bar code na di ba then mao na lang na i-scan sa cashier. The price attached sa regulator box was just hand written in a sticker amounting to P600+, beside it was a cheaper one amounting to P99 only but with a bar code. My hubby chose the expensive one kay he's after the quality of the product when this salesman approached him and told him that he can swap the price tag for him to pay the cheaper one for the product he wants and just give him P200.HUH! Kay dili na man daw na mahibaw-an sa cashier na it was not the price intended for such product. Ingon ana jud ka pangwarta ilang salesman ug ka-bogo ilang cashiers na they won't notice it? Akong hubby pa ang nahadlok sa gibuhat sa ilang salesman. He just told him na he doesn't have the cash and will use his credit card in paying the item dayon lakaw sa akong bana. I was not with him when he purchased the item. Had my hubby told me of what happened before we left SM, I could have reported him to the manager. Uroy ug masakpan ug naa pod mokagat sa iyang offer, it's good as nangawat ka noh then you will have to pay 10x of the price plus your photos being posted sa wall! What a shame!
