Poor service. Attendants have no basic knowledge and proper training on the products and services they offer. Availed their underarm peeling kay kani laging ganahan pod ta ma-flawless atong ilok, unsa ba na nasunog na man hinuon! It was a nightmare jud kay dili unta black underarm, labaw pa sa black underarm ang nahitabo. Worst, when I asked the handling staff about the initial reaction na nikatol na pagbutang sa ilang chemical niingon ra na normal ra kuno.huh! Only to find out na wala pa diay kalibutan ilang staff unsa ang proper procedure. Igo ra niingon na mao pod kuno to nahitabo sa ilang customer before..Imagine that!!! They were even proud to tell me about the bad experiences their customers have had..

Please do check their utensils before using. If dili busy, ok ra kay murag dili kaayo gamit ilang mga kutsara ug tinidor, meaning naay purpose ilang heater to sanitize the utensils. If busy gani like weekends, sale season ug holidays, dili na gamit ang heater nila kay paspas ang "hugas" kuno gikan gigamit sa mga customers dayon butang sa ilang heaters igo ra pod kuhaon dayon sa new customers. If you try to check sa sulod sa heater used to sanitize these utensils, puno jud ug mumho or food particles! yuckkkiee jud kaayo to the point na nangayo na lang mi ug plastic spoon ug fork..

I didn't know naa diay na sila Talamban branch? I'm sure gikan ra pod na sa ilang Gorordo branch na mga staff or I'm not sure if nibalhin na ba sila kay wala man kaayo customers didto sa Gorordo kay tuyuon ang place. I should have followed my instinct not to avail their services kay I've read bad feedbacks sa ilang FB page but mostly taga-Manila man ang customers kay based sa Manila na branch ang mga complaints and most complaints kay kadto ra man sa ilang rebonding ug other hair treatment services. Kani lagi pod busy ta sa work ug sa asa lang ta makapabor sa lugar, ni-kumpyansa ra ko sa duol..

Ace Hardware - SM City

My hubby bought a gas tank regulator last week. Before he paid the item, the assigned salesman approached him. Usually, when we buy items from these stores, naka-bar code na di ba then mao na lang na i-scan sa cashier. The price attached sa regulator box was just hand written in a sticker amounting to P600+, beside it was a cheaper one amounting to P99 only but with a bar code. My hubby chose the expensive one kay he's after the quality of the product when this salesman approached him and told him that he can swap the price tag for him to pay the cheaper one for the product he wants and just give him P200.HUH! Kay dili na man daw na mahibaw-an sa cashier na it was not the price intended for such product. Ingon ana jud ka pangwarta ilang salesman ug ka-bogo ilang cashiers na they won't notice it? Akong hubby pa ang nahadlok sa gibuhat sa ilang salesman. He just told him na he doesn't have the cash and will use his credit card in paying the item dayon lakaw sa akong bana. I was not with him when he purchased the item. Had my hubby told me of what happened before we left SM, I could have reported him to the manager. Uroy ug masakpan ug naa pod mokagat sa iyang offer, it's good as nangawat ka noh then you will have to pay 10x of the price plus your photos being posted sa wall! What a shame!
