- Minimum contract: 3 to 6 months (renewable)
- Terms: 1 month advance, no key deposit
- No curfew
- No gender restrictions
- Decent and clean, with ample parking space
- Pet-friendly (but no poultry and pigs allowed)
- Nestled in a gated compound

- own electric and water meter (not a sub-meter)
