bro, no offense ha.
its really better if you go for the i3-2100. the 2nd generation sandy bridge.
its newer, and the 1st generation sandy bridge processors are about to be phased off.

and also, i3-2100 is two tiers higher than i3-540 according to these hierarchy chart.

bottomline, if you want peace of mind na nakapalit ka ug nindot na processor, go for i3-2100.

if ever you decide to choose i3-2100, go for the package from GI.
its the best deal as of now.
