i hate caminade gyd, dghan na au ko and my wife bad experiences dha

me and my wife had bad experiences with them too. the worst happened just recently.

we bought our supplies from them, it's either they hover over you like you're a thief. recently my wife and i bought all these canine supplies from them - apparently the owner is still eating lunch so we cant have our items totaled. we waited. after an hour, we told the lady posted at the counter if she can perhaps draft the total for us and we'll give a deposit but we'll come back for the items. we were flatly told "paghuwat lang gud mo" then and there we bolted out of the door. 2 days later, they called if we want to purchase the items, "unsa mani inyo items inyoa paliton ky mahalin rba jud ni sa uban" - i flatly told ms caminade "dli na cguro mi mopalit dinha mam"

we now have a well mannered with good customer service canine needs supplier. where you come out smiling out of the store even you just spent thousands for your dogs =)))

i called them awhile ago to inquire about their rabbits ug dli friendly ang nakatubag.

Me: good morning, naa moy rabbits
Caminade: Rabbit?
Me: o, rabbits.
Caminade: Unsa sir? rabbits?!
Me: O, rabbits gud, rabbit ba, rabit!

(Petshop man unta dapat makagets na daun sa akong gisulti. duh! rabits gud)

Caminade: Wala mi atong ordinaryo, mahalon ra among available katong tag 15k.
(the way sya nisulti kay murag nanghambog ug dli sya ganahan ibaligya)

Me: wala moy lain nga breed.
Caminade: Naa angora, tag 5k

(Tag15k ra ko kuno ang available pero naa diay toy tag 5k. walay klaro)

Pede mu ingon sa: Yes sir. Naa mi rabbits. Wala ra ba mi atong ordinaryo ra sir. Naa mi uban nga breeds sir.
Mao na tani ang tsakto.

Well, anyway mahal ra ilang breed na akong gus2. so dli gyapon ko mupalit pero wala clay customer service.

kalami mudala ug tubag aning taga caminade gud. i was planning to call man kay naa ko inquire. ahak sad anang walay maayo nga customer service ui. kinsa diay ng hilas manulti sa caminade? tag-iya na? if dili man gani na tag-iya, maluoy ko sa tag-iya kay mahutdan siya ug customer tungod sa iyang mga sakop. baaad. tsk. tsk.

yup.. ingnana sad na happen sa akong dog.. na samad. as in bleeding. grabi. then wala sila gihatag na medicine. kay nahutdan daw. unya, hibung sad ko. bisan na groom man na. baho gihapon. feel nako wala ligo-i. gi tupihan lang. first time to nako sa caminade mabolo nag pa groom ako shihtzu. DILI NAKO MU BALIK DIDTO! tagam nako.

not to advertise TS bt mas nice ang sa Animal Kingdom Veterinary Clinic dli mn tuod cla "US trained" kay sa manila mana cla but trully PROFESSIONALS jd,cheap ra pjd kaau,x2 manang grooming price sa Caminade ui,abusar!

Sa mga mgpa Vaccine sa CAMINADE petshop. beware jd mo.
Naa mi 3 month old shih tzu, ngpa vaccine mi ug anti-rabies.
At first ngduda mi kay wala jud ng kuha ug TEMPERATURE ug WEIGHT sa
akong dog. the next day, wa jod mo kaon among shih tzu. wala'y gana
as in nag LUYA jud ug maayo. Nang luspad pa jod ug maayo. as in pale pink jd
iyang dila ug nose. Naka basa kog article nga dili man diay ka pwde mo shot ug vaccine
if dili ka mka kuha ug temp. ug weight sa imong puppy, kay what if naay fever
bacteria bya na, so most probably mo escalate jd ang fever. tsk tsk
