Not really familiar with rubber tree bro, but ako nahibaloan these are raw materials for example: tires, pencil eraser, apil ba ang adhesives, though I don't know if naa ba ta mga infrastructures diri sa Philippines nga mohimo ani nila.
Asa man niya i baligya ang iyang mga rubber tree inig ready na sila for cutting bro? foreign country ang mopalit ani?
here's some link for references, Profile | Rubber nag inquire ko ani before maybe, 4 years ago, it was government initiated program whereby they encourage investors for rubber plantation, but since ang location is Pikit, north cotabato ata to, ning atras ko kay dili ko familiar sa place nya peace and security situation is my concern pod, but I guess, there is a good opportunity aning rubber tree farming. . .

I've checked the link bro, it's very good and very informative. The link mostly focuses on the southern part of the Philippines, and that is Mindanao. No wonder your friend is farming there.
It seems government agricultural sponsored programs are focused on Mindanao, and they have ready-made markets also.
How about Visayas kaha sa?
Rubber Plantation a is good Long Term Investment..
