still its the mall owners are not obliged or required to have a payphone installed in their establishment
you went there on your own so you have to deal with they have there. with what they can only offer you.
Again if you needed the phone its not their problem why they don't have it. its not their burden if you needed a phone. thats the point TS.

i think the best thing that you should do is not rant it on a website but show your concern to the establishment that is the best possible solution to your stress plus i would like to point out that if its a "REAL" Emergency you would pick up your cellphone and call right away not caring about the cost after all the general misunderstanding of an Emergency is that it's the matter of great importance...

J center is a private establishment - for public use and since it is for public use it has obligations to provide facilities for public use especially its patrons.

it is our right as consumers to demand proper service and proper quality of products for what we are paying for. we cannot do anything about it? we can do something about it by not patronizing inferior products and inferior services that is out right and our power as consumers.

info: J.Mall is owned by PROFOODS one of the biggest manufacturers diri sa pinas, kahibaw ka unsa ilang mga products boss? isa na ana mga dried mangoes.. Last year pa cla nag opening sa MALL 7-11-11 mao na cya... being no phone in the mall is not a big problem. ikaw pa cguro ang una bossing ni reklamo na walay phone ang mall kung makita lang nimo wala pa jud na na fully construct ang mall makasabot guro ka..

ang imong gibuhat dri dako pud bya kau ug marketing damage sa ila.. dapat ni reklamo ka mismo directly sa Mall dili diri.
