I already stated that I wasn't able to contact who I wasn't going to call the first time that's why I looked for a phone. I did use my "first line of defense"

in the 1st place its j center is a private establishment
and its not their obligation to set up or put up pay phones
even some government establishments\institution doesn't have a pay phone or a public phone
don't blame others for your misery as one of the the respondent here already told said you could have go outside across the street where PLDT is located. you could have make a phone call there if that's really important


still its not J center's fault for not having a payphone
its not their fault if you wasted your time roaming or looking for a payphone
there are many other ways to respond to that you called emergency of yours
you went there on your own, so you should be contended with what they have there and don't demand for what they don't have
do you understand it TS? if they don't want to install payphone or if they don't have it, you can't do anything about it
what they have there now is what they can only offer you which you have to deal with whether you like or not.

Sakto man ang mga nagcomment nga why not use your cellphone. What did you mean sa imo giingon na wa nacontact gamit cellphone? Nagring na wala nitubag? Walay signal? Nabusy ang line sa imo gitawagan? Would this be any different if landline imo gamit pagtawag? If wala signal, ngano wa man lang ka nigawas para mukusog signal? Mas makasave pa ka time and energy kaysa magtuyoktuyok ka pangita phone

i've living near this area, on going pa man sad gud ila construction, although naa na mga specialty shop, i noticed nga wala pa cilay bookstore, which i'm hoping they will have soon, wla sad jud clay phonebooth...but what i love about this mall is the space..ilaha sad sinehan ongoing pa ang construction, imu cya makit-an kung adto ka manukad sa 3rd floor sa excite republic...i love bringing my kids there kay mingaw..cige lang gud guys...basin pohon ma realize nila nga walay phonebooth ila mall..hehehe

J center is a private establishment - for public use and since it is for public use it has obligations to provide facilities for public use especially its patrons.

mi-ingon na gani ko nga medyo urgent. ungya suma dako na man ka pareha ba ang cellphone ug landline? kung dili ka ka contact sa cell automatic ba na nga dili ka, ka contact sa landline?

it is our right as consumers to demand proper service and proper quality of products for what we are paying for. we cannot do anything about it? we can do something about it by not patronizing inferior products and inferior services that is out right and our power as consumers.
