actually there is, but people here in cebu are always looking for cheap services that is why only few shops RISK to INVEST and offer these service.
for example if you invest 100,000.00 to buy those 3rd party software to calculate codes and then mukalit lang ug gawas ang freeware sa internet unya wala ka kabawi sa puhunan, diba lugi ka..here in the philippines is only one person (in manila) who have that but they offering it to gold a price mahal kaayu.
