i plan to buy an android phone. this will be my first smartphone. nagcheck pa ko sa specs sa S2 and Note. ganahan unta ko sa Note.. mahal lang kaayo

i guess naa pud ky issue sa akong screen.. murag tanan man cguro.

Not all phones pud affected, some dont even have black clipping sa akoa igon ani na after i had the screen replaced for another issue.
My screen looks like yours if I check it in a bright environment, nag lisod gali kog pakita sa akong friend sa issue kay hayag kaayos SM we had to goto the cinema area so she can see the massive difference.

This is with the stock player set to 0% brightness and in a dark room

The white overcast is caused by the camera, I had to set the exposure timer higher para ma capture ug claro nga dli mo clip kaayo iya phone.

I had to bring my friend's phone to the service center to show the technician about the issue while I wait for the decision from the samsung head office, I do hope it gets approved. They placed another screen replacement for me.

Anyway Im having this resolved one way or the other and I dont expect anyone to find this as an issue aside from those who bought the Note as a primary portable playback device.

hmm.. how come I cant play that MKV file on my S2.. whenever I tried copying it.. it would crash my screen and restart again...

is the file compatible with the S2 stock player?

same thing happen sa akong note. pero after trying couple of times it did work. guess sa iron man lng nga file ni nko na experience. ive got lots of mkv file and it plays right away.

ako d jud bai.. kapila nako gtry ug copy.. mo windows restart screen dayon sa laptop pero mubalik ra man dayon ang windows screen...

yes,ang deli moplay sa ako stock kay m4v ra, sway mx video player w/ free codecs and when u copy mkv thru sd micro lang deli internal usb.....

The file is compatible even with the Galaxy S1, so Im not sure why its not working sa inyo in just 1 try. Everyone else in TCP and XDA-Dev that tried my clip didnt have this transfer or codec issues

Also a few clips to try with, download with ************ and choose 720p. Playing this via youtube app or browser limits the dynamic range to 16-235 which does does not show the clipping but turns blacks into greys..

I havent been updated with the unlocking policies but the service center should be able to unlock it.

Settings > Applications > Manage > Downloaded > choose the app and select move to internal/external sd
