ako bru mantener rako surplus nga kia retona ako ge apil sa offroad competation last feb 5 og 6 and feb. 12 og 13 ambot lng ngano nakadaog pod tawn 2nd place onya pag feb.12 pg 13 samot 1st place nanoon...... ako mga kontra bru mga known kaau nga pang offroad dili lnko mo mention.....hehehe wako dahum engon ani kalig~on ang kia retona wako magmahay palit ko og kia.

I use to love KIA, i was planning to get there New Sportage but sadly I heard a lot of complains with the Quality, I had 2 friends who had a bad experience, 1 just 7 years lackup na ang automatic transmission daw. They told my friend to replace the whole transmission about 120k, but goo thing they ask their friends and end up just sending 8k for repairs including replacing the whole fluid. my second friend was worst only 4 years the turbo failed na daw and need to replace it 90k. I talk to some of their mechanics and they said they had replaced a lot of turbo of Sportage and Carens. Good thing I heard it first before I regret. I'll stay with Japanese cars.

my friend said they are using Shell Helix its twice the price of the Oil KIA is using (even CASA price oil still twice pa)
I think either maro maro ni ila, maybe the turbo isnt damage they just want to profit by forcing you to replace it. I also heard a lot of bad comments about the owner of Gateway from the chinese communities and even their friends.

The owner use to recommend KIA to me before, they keep on telling how nice their KIA was but now they are asking apology to us saying they didn't know it will turn out this bad. And a lot of their friends had buy KIA already.

Porma ra lindot but very poor quality, I saw the turbo that was removed from the carens everything was ok just the shaft break off. The mechnics said its either the shaft was a poor material or it was break of manually. Maybe the break it intensionally so that my friend will have to buy another one. They also ask auto parts on how frequent people order Turbo Chargers, they said only few and most are starex and Sportage and for japan cars it was those 80's and 90's model no new models.

KIA and Hyundai may be have nice design but whats important is the quality and the service of the cebu dealer can offer.

I ask a lot of taxi owners, they prefer japan, cause they have lower maintenance cost, and it will last longer.
