yes sir I am fully aware on that.. the reason why I ask about this is to know which direction will u choose as a career in your future and that u will pursue no matter what happens, kung baga what's your passion ba... And I am only asking you to choose either one of them and not both.. I hope u do understand the point..

TS not all skilled worker nowadays are high school graduate, there are also a lot of professionals who are struggling to do that job.
the main purpose here is promotion from skilled worker to foreman then to supervisor then later on superintendent and the most is manager(depending on company's table of organization). of course you can not avoid here the palakasan system.
it is very hard man sad nga mo apply ka ug supervisory position yet you lack the experience, so your performance is not commendable either except of course kung maningkamot jud ka to learn the job that you are in to.

    - actually, akong trabaho ron deli ni mao akong gusto. didn't even expect nga mao ni akong trabaho inig graduar nako. and true with almost everyone here. ilang mga trabaho not the kind of job they wanted. same as with these call center agents. these are not the jobs they want, mo ingon ka temporary ra na. might be true but, majority of them has been in the industry for 5 years or more.

    - no matter what happens? i don't bite this. people will eat and drink. people will settle down. and if we keep on pursuing that passion, that's stupidity and foolishness. . in my case, akong passion is business so ako nlng gi sideline and full time employee ko. but then again, im not saying nga you can't still pursue your dreams and aspirations in life. it's just a mater of making the most out of what you currently have. but one must consider what's the sole reason for that pursuit. because sometimes people really forget what they're trying to pursue to end up dumping what's dear to them and what matters most.

    - now, going back to the premise, mo balik ra gihapon ko sa panahon or point nako sa previous. it depends when ka nangutana. if 50's nga boom kaau ang mga propesyonal or sa 80's, 90's to 2000's nga boom kaau ang skill. take note, ang skill baya governed by certain policies (local & foreign), agad sa demand or sa panahon. so with that in mind both, points have their own pitfalls. with this, you have to reconsider your decision on whether or not to pursue still your passion/aspiration or for you to get REAL because not all things in a life are meant for each other .. hihihih

    - and to satisfy your sanity and because i understand you, hiihi.. skill nlang ko

anyways kung mag skilled worker ka u have a chance to become a businessman also unlike sa professional worker which would take many years pa bago sya makahimo ug iyang business.. that's why I bet for skilled worker.
