    Wala ko nakiglalis. I dont need to ask my HR as I own the company i sign and release the checks. In that case sa imoha go to NLRC and file a complaint. Alkanse mo tanan emplyado. Remember kung unsa mo ka meticulous na giswelduhan ra mo na employee how much more ang tag iya na dili jud kami dapat ma alkanse sa kwentada, Manikas man gani ang uban ug dili pa mohatag sa sakto aron makalusot.

    Imagine imo rate 10k minus around 600 pesos para sa net monthly. then mao na? gamay ra na paminawon pro multiply that by 12 for a year then multiply sa number of employee lets say 50 or 100 Ngisi ra inyo amo. Inig reklamo Piti piti ang HR sa NLRC. Then whoever complains will be settled then would sign NDA so as not to divulge what the issue about. At the end of the day. Alkanse ka ang employee.

    Your company is clearly violating Guidelines on 13th month pay. Ang sa TS, TS and sayop. Wrong assumption pro ikaw na replyer ikaw na hinoon diay ang dapat moreklamo sa labor

    legal man na deductions.. e deduct man to apil ang mga absences nmo.. pru if perfect attendance ka for the whole year aw kana limpyo jud imong 13mos pay...

    I know mababawasan lang ang 13th month pay if you went on maternity leave.

    ok boss! wala man sad ko ni reklamo ni hatag ra ko idea.. , nindut ka nga pagka employer generous kay ka..maytag managhan mo..

    haaaay..unsa mn jud. murag dpat mu-consult og lawyer ani or sa labor. murag wa mn jud deductions regardless of absences. will ask my lawyer sister. wa pmn sad ko nkaencounter ani na case..complete jud maski ngstart frm jan 15.

    naa may uban nga kwentahon jd nla ang 13th month,,ldepending pd sa cutoff period sa company,,if dli masulod sa cutoff kay percentage ra sa 13th month ihatag,,,=)

    pwede ug walay absences i-deduct sa 13th month labi na sa mga generous nga employer. especially katung deli na mo hatag ug 14th or 15th month.

    pwede sad dedukan kasa mga absences nimo kay mao manay minimum requirement giset sa balaod.
