If Cebu can be the venue for fostering world peace, it is a truly a big honor to us . Cebu someday might become the most conjucive place to let "hotheads" meet and make peace with each other. Not a bad idea.

I hope NoKor will offer Nuclear Program to the Philippines... not the nuke missiles ha but the nuclear plant para tipid naman sa kuryente heheh.
