LOL you are comparing tech junkies who are working from top corporates. Is Q among their ranks? of course they will still work with Amazon, google, facebook coz they are earning well and the compensation is better than any other companies. hahaha nice analogy. of course employees of those companies will think a gazillion times before leaving.

you don't really get the point do you? hihihh.. fact is, these are tech junkies who code not for food, money etc., they code for prestige hence, money is out of the question. it's about them happily coding for the greater good.

and take note, these companies are residing in the Valley so any anytime they can jump-ship from one company to another. try reading SAI, techcrunch, etc. how fast can they jump from one Co. to another.

of course some people cant badmouth the company they are working with coz it's a form of humiliation. sometimes defense mechanism will tell one to say that eventhough they are working with an awful employer they are still getting other benefits.

just a tip for you brother/sister... bad mouthing your former employers to your potential employer is a no no... and it's about ethics brother/sister. try daw badmouth your former employer (ghost employer for testing purpose), 101% sure they're not going to hire you. but pwede ka maka lusot if kana nga employer pul-pul sad ang recruiter who's just after of closing the request.

are you proud working with Q? can you wear your ID in public? Can you tell anyone who asks you where you are working and your rate? some people will also not tell how bad their company is because they might think people will feel sorry or pity them. diba facebook you said you are not working with Q? why deny?

from the looks of it, it just shows how low you see yourself
you dont have the guts nor do you have the confidence to defy your company and just be complacently happy with how low they rate you

@facebook, without know-how like me? modesty aside, im a six sigma belter -i hope you have an idea what this means.lol before implementing something like a procedure, new rule, new scheme, process or system, analysts will do research before rolling it in the company. Margin of error for payroll and a new system should be close to ZERO coz it's MONEY at stake.

BUT Anyway, let's use Q as a sample.. let's apply to a company and enumerate your reasons WHY YOU LEFT Q or your reasons for transferring to a new company. WERE YOU EVER SATISFIED as an employee of Q? were you happy with your rate and compensation? obviously, recruiters know the negative feedback of Q and how management handles them, the rates and all.. would you even dare to say you were happy and satisfied? Can you justify your resignation and for applying to a different company but with the same field?

why were you comparing those top corporate to Q? Q is not even a top company..lol of course, duh, if you are working with a top company with all the benefits and pride maka think twice jud ko to leave it. There are a gazillion reasons why those tech junkies resigned.. did you interview them why? there are a lot of factors why they leave their companies which is way too different with former Q agents' reasons.

For me, i don't think people who complain are losers. People who knows their worth and value always will reach their goals. I'd rather complain than let people step on me and neglect my value and worth. I have principles. Of course you also have and you also complain. Would you let your boss say nasty awful things at you even though you know it's not correct? Would you let your company pay you less of what was written in your contract? Would you let them tax you more coz the system is a failure? So, if you will NOT complain and if you will just smile and try to understand them over and over again because of their lapses do you think they will improve and develop? I think this is the reason why Q hasn't improved and why the system is broken. A lot of its employees don't speak up and will just try to understand. There will be no changes and they will commit mistakes again in the future coz people don't care much. Logically, you can complain, rant, whine etc if you know you are in the right path and you have basis and justification. Sometimes, people will stop complaining coz no one listens and no one will take action.

If you were really happy and satisfied and you were proud with Q then why resign? Dont tell me your wife is giving you business too.lol
