huh? it's not just me who sees and realizes Q's lapses and everything..

don't compare your business with Q oi, even though it's from your wife's sweat and blood, it's still a small time business. BPO vs a LOCAL business is nothing comparable oi. yeah you give jobs but not much like Q. how is being a businessman relevant to the issue here? you are satisfied siguro coz you are just paying workers and not doing 8hrs work. curious lang, why is your wife still with Q? correct me if im wrong ha, but diba she's still an agent? wala ka maluoy sa imong wife darkdruid?

i never and would never work with Q ayaw pag . if I did it's not a defeat oi.lol Q is never a loss with anyone. because of poverty mapugos nalang tawn ang ubang agents na moendure sa kakapoy and all with Q kay either dili na sila qualified with other centers, Q ra modawat nila or wala najud lain nila... like last resort ba. no offense ha but majority of the people mao jud na ila isulti why they are with Q.

i agree with the dispute. my hon is one of those who got absent. as explained, this was because of the new payroll system, they are trying to adjust kay dili pa perfect.

tax ==> check that with BIR tax table. we asked that one with BIR before and as explained to us by BIR mao dyud na cya ang tax nila.

LOL you are comparing tech junkies who are working from top corporates. Is Q among their ranks? of course they will still work with Amazon, google, facebook coz they are earning well and the compensation is better than any other companies. hahaha nice analogy. of course employees of those companies will think a gazillion times before leaving.

of course some people cant badmouth the company they are working with coz it's a form of humiliation. sometimes defense mechanism will tell one to say that eventhough they are working with an awful employer they are still getting other benefits.

are you proud working with Q? can you wear your ID in public? Can you tell anyone who asks you where you are working and your rate? some people will also not tell how bad their company is because they might think people will feel sorry or pity them. diba facebook you said you are not working with Q? why deny?
