[qoute]"Originality - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Originality is the aspect of created or invented works by as being new or novel, and thus can be distinguished from reproductions, clones, forgeries, or derivative works. An original work is one not received from others nor one COPIED based on the work of others"[/quote]
So unless I am wrong in reading you between lines you are TRYING to IMPLY that it was COPIED.

By the way I think DOT should thank people like you making fuzz over the slogan.![]()
You may say it was copied but the truth is nobody will care in the end. You may say the slogan isn't original.
But many like it.

I wonder what some think of the slogan of "Incredible India", "Amazing Thailand", Malaysia's "Truly Asia", can we say that they are good and effective? And that they serve their purpose in attracting tourist to their respective places? Well, if we follow stats, Thailand is awfully effective with their tourism campaign, I think mo agree mo with this statement, right?
Funny, before there was Incredible India, there was "Incredible Italy".
Before Malaysia came up with Truly Asia".. there was "Truly Tuscany"
And before there was "Amazing Thailand"... there was first "Amazing Australia".
These campaigns were successful because the people and the country who "copied" the tag-line rally behind the campaign. They made it their own.
I just wish more Filipinos will 'own' the new tourism slogan then perhaps, we too can be successful in helping to promote the country.
p.s. lang sa kadtong nag refer sa ako na "ikaw tomboya ka.." .. girl kaayo ko LOL
Penfires!![]()
It's still more Fun in the PH.![]()
