I think anyone who can tell his ass apart from a hole in the ground will know that national tourism campaigns are specifically designed to highlight the positive side of a country. So for those pointing out how crappy it is to be in Pinas, you're missing the point. Tell me, is India's poverty and overpopulation the focus of "Incredible India"? How about "Amazing Thailand," is it geared towards showing off the chaos and *** tourism of Bangkok?
The discussion is about the tourism slogan, logo and tourism campaign itself, so instead of feeling smug and shit, divert your energies to discussing how the campaign can be improved, because right now, the foundations are shaky.
come to think of it, maybe DOT was being sarcastic.
basin gi-truncate lang ang full slogan ba.
i think it's actually...
hala, basin ingnan na sad tag 'crab mentality' ani...kita na say basulon nganong dili muansenso ang pinas. hahaaah.
kalma lng ha, ang BP musaka.

pero honestly agree ko ani,
been friends with European, americans, japense, chinese and things here in our country is MORE fun compare to thiers.
example palang daan is the company im working in right now, Our office here in the philippines have more FUN events compare to their equivalent, example Christmas party or Summer outing is more fun in a Philippine based company compare to other branches in Europe, US or any other asian countries..
What you can present is only "It's more fun in Switzerland". Nothing more.
I think Filipinos made something better out of it, it becomes an original on its own.
Example
Politics. It're more fun in the Philippines.
Drinking. It's more fun in the Philippines.
Planking. It's more fun in the Philippines.
Schools. More fun in the Philippines.
Eating. Its more fun in the Philippines.

Originality is overrated. Even you are not original. LOL.
By the way just to check our facts here was "Its more fun" here was used by the Swiss for a just one time ad? That is the only picture you have rounding the net this days.
By the way there is nothing original in this world. Your ideas your words, somebody at one point in time has thought about it. Even something that is created is base on something which has already existed.
By the way you said COPIED, do you have any evidence that indeed it was COPIED? Even the IPR Law gives only 50 years. The Swiss don't have monopoly or right either over the statement.
POST that ORIGINALITY article from wikipedia and I'll give you some original idea on what I think about people who use the wikipedia without going further down to the reference.
EVERYTHING IS A FOOTNOTE PLATO. AFTER PLATO ALL ELSE ARE DERIVATIVES.
