Qualification needed for the position:


1. Education & Work experience
• Education:
o Economic university degree or equivalent qualification.
o Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
o Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Work experience: At least 4-6 years project management experience
• Knowledge in project management and consulting.
• Knowledge in Shared Services or IT; process/quality Management

2. Competencies
• Technical Skills: Secretarial Skills
• Professional skills: Highly organized, good communication and presentation skills, follow-up and problem-solving mentality
• PC Skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, MS Project
• Language skills: English (any other Asian or European language would be a plus)

- Responsible for major projects in DGSP. Especially projects for further migrations and new business.
- Ensure the project deliverables and implementation in quality, time and budget.
- Manage/coordinate communication between DGSP and the local project responsible and management
- Responsible for the development and creation of the feasibility study/business cases
- Drive the decision process and change management process
- Multiproject & resource management
- Communication planning, development and execution
- Develop staffing plans
-Perform impact assessments for new process designs
