Plan unta ku mu apply sa Qualfon but nka basa ku ug mga negative feedback murag hesitant naku ky ang mga intervier daw ug feel nila na threat ka sailaha position e decline nila imuha application? Is it true?

brad, if mangapply paka, HR man ang mo-interview nila... How can u be a threat to the HR if you are applying to be a CSR? think about it...

People, I know dghan negative comments ang qualfon cebu.. but please dont compare it with qualfon dumaguete... try ra ninyo sulod sa company, and be openminded about everything and u will realize nga saup ang gipangsulti sa uban... di manjd mawala ang mga negativities, naa jd na sa tanang company..

katong mga kusog mhatag negative feedback, kato nang mga bitter kay maybe kato na cla na-EOC or ni AWOL...

Yes hiring man pirmi ang Qualfon. Actually naa ko Operations Interview ugma at 8am. I don't have idea about that interview. I hope someone can give me ideas about it.*

let me break it down for you.

if there are agents on the operations... then there are staff over it.

who hired personnel? they call themselves recruitment, and over that are staff, posibly HR, accounting, etc...

who's in-charge of all those techno stuff that everyone's using? they call themselves IT Guro's

who runs Qualfon and gave job.. i believe its called CEO ... you can start from here. joke.
