im not from Qualfon DMG but i went here for a visit..but sad to say super strict ang Qualfon DMG coz u cant enter easily even if you have ID..even if its ur off kay dapat mo log ghapon ka kng mosulod ka..thats wat i saw pag visit nako..medyo ok rasad sya kay at least ma control jud nila ang mga mosulod nga taw but bad for me kay wa ko kasulod(nakasulod diay pro sa lobby ra sa 3rd floor kay g.babagan ko sa guard kay di daw ko pde pasudlon sa operations..hehehe) but in fairness ang building is so nice..and also mag expand sd ang Qualfon DMG and hiring more agents(kita nsd ko sa lot wer itukod ang new bldg)..

mao nga sa mga taw nga nag cge ug hatag ug negative comments sa Qualfon DMG or lain nga center better try ur luck sa lain nga call center nlng..if ur looking for a job nga dako dayon ug sweldo well naay daghan..kng di mo ganahan well ayaw mo, dili kay mo bilin pajud mo ug negative impact..mas malain pa ang tan.aw sa taw ninyo kng negative inyong isulti..it doesnt matter kng gamay ug sweldo, sayong ang account, delayed gamay ang sweldo or naau mga discrepancies ang point here is the contentment..

Sa ako lang sir ha, nalibog sad bitaw ko nganu naa ko madunggan nga bad comment about qualfon dumaguete... ive been working in this company for more than a year na, im from Gen 1 actually... Since nag-start ning company, wa jd ko kabantay nga nasayop sila sa akong sueldo.. naa tingal usahay nasayop, but after nakong gi-dispute, nisulod rman sa sulod sueldo... ang nakabati mangd sa mga taw kay after cla m-conclude ngay naay sayop ila sueldo, dretso na sila tabi, di naman gane cla m-effort og dispute.. about sad sa delay, nalibog sad ko ani... naa man gane tyms nga instead of monday next week pa ang pay, friday palang naa na ang sueldo... ge daw beh, asa man ang delay ana?

about pd sa kagamay sa sueldo, i dont think dapat pa ta m-reklamo ani ui... unsa pman lain nmu makitang trabaho dnhe dumaguete nga msueldo nmu og up to 15k/month?

sa mga taw nga gustong m-apply sa qualfon dmg, apply namu! ayaw mo patuo anang uban nga cgeg ingon bati ang qualfon.. tagai ko sa name anang nsulti bati kay ako lantawon ila history sa company... for sure, kato na clang cge absent/late/ni-awol or na-eoc, mao nang gamay ila sueldo... haha!

on the other thread of Qualfon (cebu) -- there are a lot of negative posts (from the same persons) LOL

my advise: listen to both sides... frankly speaking i am just glad BPO's are getting in the country and gave off jobs to jobless.

well maybe naa jd something sa qualfon cebu.. but sa qualfon dumaguete, wa jd ko reklamo... we should be thankful nga naa ang company to provide work sa mga tga-dumaguete...

wow.. i like your open mindedness my friend. seeing not the management but on the way how it really helped us in the process.

i believe the reasons to why Q-cebu has a lot of issues is because of comparison... with other call centers... thus i would say they are very hard to talk with because even if you give them the answers... i eventually became the villain.. LOL.

Plan unta ku mu apply sa Qualfon but nka basa ku ug mga negative feedback murag hesitant naku ky ang mga intervier daw ug feel nila na threat ka sailaha position e decline nila imuha application? Is it true?
