how much wattage will i need for my power supply?
how about the ups, how much VA i need?do i still need a voltage regulator?

this is my setup:
motherboard: - asus p8z68 - v pro
processor : i7 2600k
ram: 8GB DUAL 1600 CORSAIR VENGEANCE LP
SOLID STATE DRIVE (SSD) : - corsair sata 3 240 gb
HDD = 1 TERA WESTERN DIGITAL 7200 rpm
videocard = gigabyte gtx 580
cpu cooling fan : V6 GT COOLERMASTER
MONITOR = HP LED 23 INCH FULL HD 1080P

yup, sakto si boss gaspar... 600watts nga at least 80plus bronze from a reliable PSU brand should suffice... my recommendation (in order)

1. Seasonic
2. Corsair
3. Silverstone

i have been using Seasonic and Silverstone and so far reliability is rock solid. haven't tried Corsair yet but based on reviews nindut pud siya and some (if not most of it) of their PSU's are actually manufactured by Seasonic...

UPS = duol2x wa wattage sa imo PSU
AVR = naa uban UPS kuyog na ang AVR function
pero kung palit ka separate AVR .. dapat mao2x pud ug wattage sa imo UPS

for the AVR i recommend STAC (Nippon Keidenki Works, Ltd) kung mkakita ka, japanese AVR ni. ambot naa na sd ni cebu. im using the 1KW version. nice ky servo-type, stable kau ang voltage
