In Firefox :

1. close all other open browser windows.
2. Click the Tools menu at the Top of your browser and select Options
3. Select the Privacy Tab under Options.
4. Click Show cookies button
5. Under Cookies, please click on Remove All Cookies button.

In Internet Explorer :

1. close all of your Internet sessions.
2. click Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
3. Click Delete button under Browsing history
4. Put a check on the check box (cookies) bottom then confirm it.
5. Click OK and open IE

Google Chrome:

1. Open Google chrome and find the tools menu. This is a wrench icon located in the upper right corner. Click on it and it will bring a drop down box. Select "Options"
2. Then next window has a couple of tabs. Select "Under the Hood"
3. Next select "Content Settings"
4. In the "Cookies" option , please click on All cookies and site date button.
5. Click Remove all button under Cookies and Other DAta. After it is finished close and restart Google chrome

Yep. It's definitely on my end. Doesn't happen at all when I am connected to a VPN with servers from pretty much everywhere else in the world.
