just diet and wen your body demands you to take a rest, then take a rest.. I think naa may restdays jud ang work dba? in your rest day, you can just go to somewhere nga free eg Abellana and do brisk walking or swimming or jogging ba... anything as long as your body can have a nice workout...
or you can do situps before you go to work.. 30 mins everyday.. for 1 month.. im sure your body's metabolism will change and cope up with the exercises you make....
@Ts...sa gabie lng ka gym at least 1 hr...kna near ra sa inyo, hinuon d ko ka giv ug advice kay studyante pako pero tga gabie bhala kapoy mu suway ko gym maanad rah imu lawas.pero ayaw sad ng stress na kau niya samuton pa nimu gym patay man sad abot ana...hehe

I have been juggling two different works for the last 3 years but i didn't made it an excuse.. what i did is i bought a decent set of dumbbells at first.. continued my program at home, up to now i'm doing homebased workout.. i usually train before going to sleep, somehow it relieves me from stress unya lami pud kaayo akong tulog if gikan ko nag training.. hagok kaayo! hehe
Also, it's a matter of how you manage your time and work. There are those who work night shifts in call centers but they're able to go to the gym for health reasons.
stretch out your body before work.. try to walk than to ride kung duol ra.... try to use stairs than elevator...
yaw pag cold water kung mu eat ug meat,, or fatty foods...
try to heat up your body with coffee or milk.... to help digest foods properly and di ma stock ang fats...
pineapple is the best if you want to keep your body in shape even without proper exercise....

pero i'm lose weight lately... 4lbs for 2 weeks... weeeeeeeeeeee.... ni gaan2x na ako feeling pero i want more!
