YAMAHA SRX-4 or SRX-6 Single Sport Review

Good Day everyone!

I opened this thread to help persons like me who owned a YAMAHA SRX...
This thread is for reviews and feedback's regarding the YAMAHA SRX.

I just bought my 1989 Yamaha SRX-6 Single Sport with a little know how about this beast.
I don't even know how to get the timing on its compression when you start this bike.
All I know is that it has the most amazing power a rider can ever get with a bike that has a very low maintenance cost, and a very light bike. The only defect is, its KICK START -

I tested the bike in South Reclamation Project (SRP) and damn! I'm at 5th gear, the engine sounds "less stress"
and its already giving me a teary eye due to the high winds hitting my eye.

I do have some questions for those banggi-itans though..

Where can we buy a SPEEDO CABLE for this?
Would it be possible to install a HID headlamp for this bike since Ive noticed it has a very small battery?

a very nice low maintenance muscle bike. naka gamit ko ani na bike manga 3months, srx 6 man ang bike sa amo mikaniko sauna. two thumbs up ko ani na bike.

if within the city raka bro kay pwede ta maka meet up, tudlo-an taka para dili mo lisnggag imo ilong og sinikad sa kick start. hehehe dali ra kaau na timingon bro.

about sa cable kay ipa fabricate raman to sa among mikaniko bro.

Thank u sir! yes diri na hapak akng MIO SOUL. hehehe.. pero ok ky ang price pag palit nko sa SRX-6... secret lang sa details. hehehe...

nindot motora oy! mura rka ga dala og ordinary na motor, ky light weight. pero ang difference lang ky, mag cge ka kapyot tga lubag sa throttle! hehee... og mura ka ga dala og helicopter tungod sa iyang bass sound muffler! hehehe...

tinood jd boss! dali ra btaw pangitaon ang timing pero sayu sa buntag, mo take pjd og mga atleast 5min una nko cya ma pa andar. hehehe... mura og na bugnawan.. ehehe...
